The barbs are wispy and not as tightly knit together compared to other ostrich feathers and their stiff quill makes it easy to insert them into foam. These large ostrich feathers are an economical way of creating beautiful centerpieces and costumes. Ostrich Feather Packs are always available for a limited time.
